What is ADHD coaching (with me, Taryn Dickey)?

ADHD Coaching is not about fixing you. It’s about seeing you. It's about working together to figure out what actually works for your brain, not some rigid system pulled from a productivity book written by a dude who wakes up at 5am and doesn’t know the first thing about living with a disability.

I work with folks (mostly brilliant, burnt-out women) who are done trying to force themselves to fit into neurotypical molds. We get curious together. We explore what helps you feel energized, what trips you up, what matters most, and what it looks like to live and work in a way that’s sustainable for you.

Sometimes we talk strategy. Sometimes we talk shame. Sometimes you’ll get a cheerleader, a sounding board, a mirror … and sometimes you’ll get a gently persistent follow-up fairy who helps you remember that thing you said you really wanted to do.

I don’t hand you a blueprint or tell you to “just be more consistent.” (You’ve probably heard that a million times, amiright?)

Instead, we co-create systems that flex with your energy, support your goals, and honor your lived experience. Whether you’re trying to build a business, find your focus, recover from burnout, or simply feel like a functioning human again, we’ll figure it out together one experiment at a time.

You bring your insight, your lived experience, and your big-hearted vision. I’ll bring the compassion, the curiosity, the structure (but not too much!), and the belief that you’re not broken. You’re brilliant. And you’re not alone.
